Envoy Mortgage specifically the St. Louis, Missouri branch is led by Gary W. Bussard, Branch Manager. Mr. Bussard is a 18 year veteran of the mortgage, banking and real estate services industry.

In 1991, Gary Bussard founded Residential Building Services, a full service home inspection company, and after three successful years of developing the real estate home inspection service company, Mr. Bussard pursued the mortgage brokerage industry forming “Residential Mortgage Consultants”. After 13 years of operating these two businesses, “Residential Mortgage Consultants” was acquired by Envoy Mortgage as a mortgage banking firm.  In addition, Mr. Bussard invested time and financial resources in mortgage computer programs, including Mortgage Returns of which is custom to Envoy Mortgage as well as many national and local mortgage company and banks.

His entrepreneur ambitions continued in 2005 when Gary completed his real estate broker license. In 2006 he founded and started Corporate Square Executive Suites, a full service office suites and business center company. He also became a partner of a local title company, Benchmark Title, LLC.

As an "outsider" starting his business in St. Louis, Gary learned the importance of "strategic networking". This vital skill has positioned his business to be "referral only".

Gary has held his Missouri real estate license since 1986, Missouri mortgage broker license since 1993, and Missouri real estate broker license since 2005. He is currently an active member of the MAMB and NAMB (Missouri and National Mortgage Brokerage Associations), the Missouri and St. Louis Board of Realtors and Womens Counsel of Real Estate Professionals. 

In June of 2008, Gary was recognized in an article in the Broker Magazine as being one of the top 30 Mortgage Broker Producers in the county.

Prior to starting his real estate and finance career, Gary spent 7 years in marketing and sales in the computer and construction trades industries. Gary is also an active investor in residential and commercial real estate with properties located in Missouri, Florida and Colorado.

Gary resides in Creve Coeur with his lovely wife of 15 years, Kim Bussard, children Haley 13, Mackenzie 10 and Bryce 8. Both Gary and Kim are actively involved with their three children and their extracurricular activities and achievements, which include Gymnastics, Horseback Riding, Basketball, Tennis, Golf and Snow Skiing. Gary and Kim are also involved actively and financially with a number of local charities and fundraisers.

Senior Mortgage Banker Kristi Runyan, has been a top producer in the mortgage industry for the past 10 years.  Kristi along with the assistance of her experienced and professional team has helped build families dreams of ownership.  Kristi derives her business from local home builders, realtors, financial planners, and most of all referrals from happy satisfied clients.  "There are so may options for my client's wants and needs.  My service does not end at closing; my clients become part of my mortgage family.  I am constantly tracking their best interest".  Kristi lives in St. Louis with her husband Scott and their three wonderful children.  She and her family are involved in the community and several charitable organizations.

Marcus D. Jefferson, often introduced by others in the Mortgage Banking Industry as a Banker’s Banker, Marcus works tirelessly to earn the trust of America’s hardworking men and women to be known as the Community’s Banker!

Celebrating over twenty years as a Financial Advisor, Marcus recently joined America’s premier residential financier, Envoy Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Banker. He is one of the few bankers who count’s his success, not on how many loans he has financed over the many years (literally thousands) but on how effectively he was able to help his client achieve their dream. It was this laser sharp focus on the needs of his clients that caught the eye of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals who elected Marcus last September 2007 to a three year term on the Board of Directors.

SRB Financial Services is called upon everyday to help his clients “restore their firm financial foundation.” While serving his clients from Alaska to Florida and California to Maine, Marcus never hesitates to take time to teach Financial Literacy to the young and old alike. His volunteer activities are borne out of the desire to be a true giver. Pam La Vinka, a Senior Mortgage Banker in Illinois, is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin and Maryland. She has 25 years of experience in financing, investments and banking, having held a Series 3 Futures and Options license, a Series 7 Equities license, and a real estate license. She has served as a Trust Operations Officer at a major Florida bank, handling investments for estates and trusts. She has also handled investments for a major charitable corporation. Pam La Vinka as been a branch manager of a large mortgage banking firm as well as an independent mortgage broker. Her knowledge of the overall mortgage and investment market assists her in giving the borrower the best possible advice with their interests in mind.
