The New Loan Process:

1. apply @ www.4StlLoans.com

2. provide 2 years income, 2 months assets & ID’s

3. provide letter of explanation for credit report inquiries

4. documents reviewed by an Envoy LO & Coordinator (addt’l items may be requested)

5. determine loan program(s), terms and escrows with an Envoy LO

6. finalize sales contract with all amendments (for purchase transactions)

7. choose all third-party companies including title/insurance/survey

8. sign electronic disclosure and return to Envoy LO

9. observe the APR disclosed on initial Truth-In-Lending (TIL)

10. appraisal fee charged and ordered after signed disclosures are returned to Envoy

11. receive copy of appraisal at least 4 days prior to closing

12. lock interest rate at least 7 days prior to closing

13. receive final TIL and GFE (if APR changed more than .125% re-disclose and wait 4 business days)

14. documents reviewed by processing (additional items may be requested)

15. documents reviewed by underwriting (additional items may be requested)

16. receive “Clear to Close” by Underwriting

17. review HUD Settlement Statement

18. confirm closing date and time with an Envoy LO and Title Co.

19. prepare cashier’s check or wire transfer for amount needed payable to the Title Company
