Lisa will handle the initial preparation of your loan paperwork and handle the processing of your loan. She will be contacting you with a list of items she will need from you as well as your application that will need to be electronically signed and returned to us. Kelly will submit your loan to underwriting. She will be contacting you requesting any additional documentation/information needed to receive an underwriting approval. Once approved, she will coordinate your closing.

4) Hazard Insurance – It is of the utmost importance that you set up your hazard insurance as soon as possible. If you do not have insurance set up now or are unhappy with your current provider, we highly recommend Greg Lottes, CIC of Lakenan Insurance of St. Louis who may be reached at (573) 883-9343 ext. 3140.

During the loan process, you may be contacted by your current lender and other lenders. This contact is usually initiated when we order a payoff on your current mortgage. It is not our intention to have you solicited by any other lender; your privacy is of the utmost importance to Envoy Mortgage. Please disregard these solicitations, as everyone’s financial profile, credit score, loan to value, and property type is different, we have already considered all this information in order to give you the best rate and cost possible. The solicitation you may be receiving has not considered all the variables, and as we all know, any published rates without a rate lock confirmation are meaningless. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to this, please feel free to contact us.

We also have some important information to share with you regarding your Credit Score: Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Consumer Credit Reporting Companies are permitted to include your name on lists used by creditors or insurers to make firm offers of credit or insurance that are NOT INITIATED BY YOU (“Firm Offers”).
